NorSea Group
NorSea Group (NSG) provides base and logistics services from 14 bases and industrial parks in Norway, Danmark and UK.
With NSG we have created a new planning and scheduling board to optimise their port operations. The planning board was built for the port operators that are planning and managing the operations within the port. We’ve in addition developed an extension of the board as a new application aimed at NSG’s customers, giving them a real-time insight into operations.
This is the most complex application using data from InforM3 we’ve ever developed. The new applications gives NSG a competitive advantage to further improve their operations, with their data readily available to be used in further optimization or for new uses or new applications.
Flokk
Flokk is a furniture producer who’s main challenge was that data from their ERP (InforM3) wasn’t readily available for all their employees or vendors.
Multiple applications were built for Flokk enabling them to scale rapidly, aimed to make the collaboration between their employees and vendors better, making is possible to create new products, be more sustainable and build new revenue streams.
We helped them design a tool to connect their data, held in InforM3 ERP system, with a lifecycle analysis provider.
